Salads are a great food for dieting. They are made with many different fruits and vegetables which each provide different nutrients your body needs. I am here to bring you some helpful tips to make a more delicious, yet nutritious salad. It will help meet your standards of both savory and satisfaction!

  • Value your dressing. Salad dressing really adds that extra flavor to meet the standards of your taste buds. Pick a good dressing. Add some flavorful vinaigrette or balsamic dressing to really spice up your salad!

  • Handle your produce with care. Make sure that your fruits and vegetables are fresh and none of your produce is damaged. Fresh fruit means fresh tasting salad. Don't let your produce go bad or become bruised.

  • Add new ingredients! Croutons and rotisserie chicken are just examples of the many things you can add to your salads to make them taste better. Croutons elevate your salad by giving it a nice crunch and texture. The chicken adds a chewy texture and juicy flavor. When you make the decision to add both ingredients, your salad moves up to the next level!
